OptiCart Stream parent roll cart with integrated gates has fully automated parent roll loading and unloading, removing the need for an overhead crane.

Gravity operated OptiCart Stream parent roll cart has a semi-automated parent roll loading and unloading, removing the need for an overhead crane in these operations.

The semi-automated OptiCart Crane parent roll cart is the right solution for production lines that are able to use an overhead crane in loading and unloading parent rolls. Just by pushing the button, the operator will send the cart to the wanted destination.

Valmet's transfer rails

Inclined, gravity-operated rail system is a cost-efficient solution for medium-width paper and board machines. Loading of the cart is done with rail gates and transfer arms. Gravity operation is used while unloading of the parent roll from the cart. Improved safety is one of the main benefits with gravity-operated rail system.
